cRPG Technical problems / Graphic bugs

Started noticing these weird graphic bugs after last patch:
Guys are looking like jigsaw puzzles and some weird text layers pop on the screen. Luckily this doesn't happen that often. Reboot game or map change usually takes the bug away.
Got ATI 5970 with Catalyst 10.8.

If you disable the emotes with tapping Q-M-V, can you still see the warning if someone reports you as a leecher? That's currently on rank 2 on my "most annoying cRPG features"-list. 
People seem to exploit it ruthlessly while you are in fight.

Hey guys!
Since so many asked this yesterday in-game, here it is: Muted voice commands to get rid of the spam.
They are just blank .ogg files that you replace in the M&B /sounds -folder.

If you ever feel like getting the voice back be sure to backup the original files.

Ok, guess this is pointless then. You reported both me and my guildie while you were dead, and we were both fighting enemies near gallows. We both were kicked out because were having too much fun and didn't pay attention to the chat. And no way we were afk there.
And after I asked admin how to request a ban for you, your idiot guildie started beating me on spawn. So, grow up guys and stop the annoying griefing. Guess I just need to start using fraps again so that we get rid of asshats like you, no offense.
Oh well, it's the interwebz. Sorry for my rant.

Hey!
We're playing on cRPG#1 and this guy Asur_Babylon7k kept spamming with the "report leecher" system in the middle of fight. It's really hard to read the chat during action and a-holes exploiting that system (while dead themself) to get multipliers is just wrong.

I'm missing all my mail armors (Byrnie, Heraldic Mail with Tabard), Mail Gauntlers, Nordic Warlord Helmet, Mail Boots, Heavy Boards Shield, Vaegir Helmet, Nordic fighter Helmet, Long Bardiche, Glaive etc. list goes on. I just have regular javelins and some Tribal Armor. Still all those missing items can be seen on the crpg site at equipment page.
I'm sad now.
EDIT: ok nevermind this message - I just heard I can only see my saved default gear in game.
