If you're going to say "no douchebaggery" at least define what that is, because based on what I saw in chat, I assumed there was either no rules or no mods on the server. Turns out there was an admin there, but you can literally say anything as long as it doesn't start with an N.

Archers are FINE.
Since there are so many whiners, i'm guessing its inevitable that archery will get nerfed for some retarded reason. The MOST they should be nerfed if at all is by 1 or 2 dmg points.
Most arrows honestly barely hurt me, and I wear only 11k in armor.

I also am doing a cavalry build.. here is what I have so far
So what i wanted to do with this build is make a character that can fight on foot decently with Polearm, and also who is a cav rider.
Now I plan to get this character to level 30. Is it possible to go into 1hand wpf so I can also use 1h? I would like to do that. How much difference does more polearm WPF actually make?
