Suggestions Corner / Magic Anyone?

So I was thinking maybe there could be some form of magic implemented kind of like throwing but you can only use clothing NO armours as they will require very high inteligence to use a rod or something.
       Personally I think it would be a nice addition for fun builds,It would be like throwing but reskined just for roleplay derpness
