Fighting back in the intention of TKing him should be punished too ;)

And the video shows up that after spawn those 2 were fighting .. who knows who stroke first ? If you throw rocks at him without stopping at some point expect him to turn around and kill you ... that video just shows that they were fighting and that Neo won the fight .. nothing about how it started (randomly or provoked)...

he attacked first and I didnt start fighting back till being hit multiple times
