Suggestions Corner / Studded Leather Coat DDS Location?

I was just wondering if anyone knew where the location to the item: "Studded Leather Coat" was, I wanted to reskin it, because it's such great armor, but so darn ugly... Forgive me for posting this in the beginner's sub-forum , I wasn't sure which would be better.

Let's look at the green Surcoat Over Mail and the Heavy Plate Armor. The plate adds 16 Body and 8 leg armor for 20 THOUSAND gold. Not to mention the upkeep, so in my opinion, you should just stay with mail until you become a billionaire. :U
