Oy, thanks for the help Rufio. Just renaming the character in-game resolved the issue.  :)

I haven't tried creating a character with the same name since I wasn't sure if that might overwrite my other. Yes I'm still using my original game/key. Ty for the response and I'll try contacting the devs if this doesn't fix it.

Hey everybody, i've been having an issue since I got back into CRPG. When I log into my account it shows all my characters, my money and all my extra gear. But after launching the game I can't see or select any of it.

Extra Info:
I've had the main since way before pre-upkeep though I only ever decided to retire once.
I'm aware there was a stat and loom reset, which I don't think should effect this.
It shows the correct gold value in-game.

Can anybody give me a hand?  :?

Hey, not really sure if this goes into the bug section or not. But my problem is this. Since the patch before last I haven't been able to play because of freezes stutters and framerate issues, before this patch I was perfectly fine having none of these issues with every setting maxed. I've tried several things including a full computer format and OS reinstall, and I am getting the same framerate and freezes with the settings maxed as with them all set to low. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Been having the same problems myself, although when checking the task manager the process is eating up far more then it should. One time it was at  1.6mil and another time at 600,000 for memory usage. Though to be honest I've been meaning to format C\: for a while and reinstall windows could just be something that happened to me, although I was playing earlier and other then everything feeling sluggish it was fine.

Or you do what I did, take the level one bag of arrows which is only 4 less pierce and and use only one bag and get away with a 2hander. Though still might switch to a 1hander build for fun, especially if it turns out 2handers have had their blocking speed reduced, just a rumor I heard.  :?:

Hey I was just wondering if anyone can tell me about what the accuracy rating on armors mean, is it just a measure like higher reduces your accuracy of ranged attacks more, and if this is the case does anyone know by how much? My second question is that I have heard that the blocking speed of 2handers was reduced, I was wondering if this was true. Thanks for any help with these questions.

Honestly, this is Chad's and his team's mod. They let us play their mod and expect very little in return save constructive feedback. Merely whining because something they decided to try didn't coincide with what YOU and likely others want to see happen to the mod is incredibly selfish and childish. In all honesty I'm not thrilled with all of the choices made by Chads in the development of the mod to it's current point, BUT I will defend to the death his right, privilege and responsibility in making such decisions. In all honesty many lesser developers would have already folded and closed shop because of the churlish attitude of much of the player base, I lament a future where Chad's may chose to do so because of your and others attitudes. So maybe you should think before you write, maybe Chads has an exceptional vision that only time will reveal but in any case you should always be respectful of his and others efforts on your behalf.  :wink:

To be honest with my PD6 archer I have given a tin can 2 shots to the head from fairly close, not counting the neck and body shots and he still managed to run up and engage me in melee. But ya, blanket nerfs aren't gonna work anymore since archers can't take anymore nerfs as it is. The only saving grace right now is that most players are wearing mail now, and usually without helmets. >:{D
