Okay, this is abused by some a good bit. I know people that say they had x16 multiplyer because they reported a random guy. In middle of battle you hardly focus on the text and I too was once kicked from a server because of this reporting (read abusing).
Remove it from the game asap please!

Edit: Looking on the poll I see most people agree with me except on the 2H. I can't wonder if that is because most do play the lolstab and don't like to nerf themself

Archery is good as is. I have played it earlier.
However I agree that Javelinthrowers need to be nerfed. They can take out a new Javelin in no time at all and it really should be harder than even being a archer as they do lots of damage with a throw.
