Does throwing lance in secondary mode use polearm wpf or the throwing weapon wpf ?
Did horse archery increase accuracy for throwing weapon ?

I would like to make a pure 1 handed /shield template oriented damage. I think about this one but your opinion is important.
Level 30
Strength: 23
Agility: 15
Hit points: 72
Converted: 6
Ironflesh: 7
Power Strike: 7
Shield: 5
Athletics: 1
Riding: 0
Horse Archery: 0
Power Draw: 0
Power Throw: 0
Weapon Master: 5

I will be too slow or is good , ? i will make sufficient dammage ?
