but nothing has been restored ever since that time.
i lost my lordly wisby gauntlets +3
i have made repeated requests about restoring my item

-archery flight speed. it is practicly impossible to hit targets from far away, as an archer you need to stand inside a fight to atleast not hit your own team. i have been an archer for a while and i made a headshot based build. i feel like a lvl 2 archer again.
- crossbows are still very much untouched (make a crosbow skill requirement same as the archers)
+ throwing buff
+lancer nerf

2 days ago i submitted a name change, my old name was Risen_Helinias
and i wanted to change it to Helinias_I since i quit the risen.
since i read some other bug reports i thought the name change would add
this name to my character list in the game, but it did not do that.
what it did do was add the name on the website. so basicly the name does exists with all
my items and gold on it, i just cant select it to play on the servers since i dont have
the name in my character list.
i purposely waited some time before adding this post because i thought it might take a while
for this change to take place, but since it still did not take place im getting kind of worried.
anyone out there that knows what i should do? or can help me out?

i am aware of that, however that is not the isseu here.
nothing has been reset i checked and double checked it.
my heirlooms seem to have dissappeared

i have a 4th gen char that goes by the name Risen Helinias.
i stopt playing for a week or so since i hat more important matters to attent to.
when i logged in the day before yesterday i noticed i lost my lordly wisby gauntlets.
so i logged into the main page to see if it was reset. unluckly i came to discover that
nothing was reset and i simply lost my heirlooms, if anyone could help me out with this

did u even read my explanation? i did get the cleu however if you banned me for teamkilling than u should also have banned the other players attacking myself or not?
i am aware that what i did was wrong and i apolagize ..again.
but what u just said isnt righteous at all.
perhaps you are saying u were typing something in the game to me?
i cant say i read it since i never read what ppl say in the game.
so yeah if you could reconsider your desicion i would appreciate it.

reason for the ban: i believe it was team damaging.
person that banned you: i believe the name was, Mr awsome
explanation in my own defense:
when i was playing yesterday in the EU siege server 5 or 6 not sure, i started out with a new char.
players can see it is a new char so they decided it was *fun* to start punching and kicking.
however when ur a low it hurts more than u like. since serveral players kept doing so i grew tired
of it and started throwing knifes at them. yes i know that was wrong and i apolagize however
i believe most ppl would do so after getting team attacked a bunch of time.
please unbann me so i can start playing again, thanks in advance
