Closed Requests / Pleaseee Unban my characters!

Hi! On Sunday, my little brother took my computer and he started to "play" with my characters.
First, he started to play, but later, he ran away from the enemies, and finally, he started leeching.
I´m so sorry, because that's not good for any team, so please, unban my characters ^_____^

Hello,
I have lot of problems with the new account system. First, i try to login with my character, and it appears the message saying: "Convert to account". But when i try to put the login of one of my character it says: "account already exists".
But i have another character and it says: "invalid login"
Help me please!
