Suggestions Corner / Remove Horse Archer!

Merc mode had a clan called Venice who used to join as 5-6-7 horse archer ( which we are witnessing our days in crpg but not in clan) population went down every time they joined the server cz it was so pathetic fighting them.. archers are already annoying on foot so how would they be on a horse which is even worse.
For people who learned the sentence "buy a shield" and using it in chat most of the time.. just stop it please.
I know alot of people won't agree with me.. but starting with me : i am the first guy who gets annoyed and pissed of HA and leave the game, there is nothing to be ashame of.
Just please find a solution. Destroying population not cool.
