hi bdqn, i don't know how it works for you guys but from my knowledge your account name would be the first character you played on.

My account name is Yeldur so yours would be whatever your first c-rpg account is

                   I'm a chinses crpg player. i met a bug.  My English is not very good，sorry。
                   I forgot my account number and password。then I went to the European server 1 press QMPS OR QMPY， but no responded.
                   I remember my account number 439295629（I can't remember exactly）。
                   Now I don't know what to do...Please help me, thank you！
