EU (Official) / Unban Request

Hello my name is Jarl_Ishuo
Today i was banned on DTV server after a dispute with a green clan (team killing, it was provocative and i have short temper on this matters)
At beginning I received an warning followed by a kick. I calmed myself and rejoined the battle but... as sometimes it happens when you use the big siege arbalett you can hit multiple persons.
I killed somebody and i was insta-banned.
No duration, no post on forum, nothing...
I understand the issue i am banned and i do not want to make any apeal on this subject, but i ask for details for instance if the ban is permanent, why is across all servers and if is a chance for unban.
