General Discussion / This character belongs to someone else

One day I entered to my acc and there werent my characters, characters were old i had on them gold and etc. Whem i connect to the server by one of my old characters, server kicks me with reason "This character belongs to someone else". Help!!! SOS!!!
 P.S Sorry for my english, Im from Russia
