Beginner's Help and Guides / Cannot create account

Sorry to be posting here but i would really need some help. For some reason upon following the register steps in http://c-rpg.net/ when i log in to get my account and password it always tells me my acc is "UlasKaptan", an account i never created and that has lots of characters that aint mine.

So could someone guide me to be able to create my own account and characters? what should i do? what am i doing wrong?

I keep getting kicked from servers, I've checked chat log and it dosen't say my name is already being used so I don't know whats wrong. Please help
