cRPG Technical problems / Messed up on the account setup system, stuck on "Greece" site account.

Hey,
I was kinda confused about the linking between the site account and the in-game character. I hadn't set up properly, and now the desired account name is taken by an account I can no longer access. When I request a new password, my account name is shown as "Greece" and not "Xanvir". How can I move my in-game char (Xanvir) to my site account, Xanvir? Is that possible?
