But seriously, you would think that jumping would decrease that amount of damage dealt since your not bracing yourself on the ground and they are, and if they aren't then both should have knockdown animations as they chestbump each other and their equipment gets tangled.

PS: goretooth won mainly because people were too scared to fight him, they just made a circle around him and all scattered like fishes each time he got close...if we would have suicide mobbed him we would have won :-(
I remember that fight, I was so proud cause I bought an awlpike and i ran up and stabbed goretooth and it glanced and then he proceeded to murder me in 1 hit cause i hadnt figured out blocking yet. That was my first real encounter with him and though ive had many since, they all end about the same as the first one.

Nothing wrong with the xp system now, in fact if there's anything wrong with it I would say that its too easy to get xp and gold. Frankly I preferred the old proximity of kill xp and gold, sure there were tin cans running around left and right, but when you leveled up or bought something it actually felt like you earned it, now starting a new character i can have better equipment and be a higher level in less than an hour than a days worth of playing on the old system.
I wont lie, the new system is much more newb friendly and it definitively rewards teamwork more effectively but sometimes it makes things too easy.
Anyway, what I'm trying to say is that the xp system already gives you so much, I don't understand why you would ask for more.

yea good times. But then that was the only way to make money was to be near the kill. and you only got 7 gold max i think. It took me 3 days to buy my lamellar vest and almost a month to buy a destrier. I like things the way they are, even if no one appreciates how easy it is to buy new equipment.

Adding percentages? 4% every min for 5 min = 20% Well in that case your equipment has.. lets see.. 96 x 5 equals a 480% chance of not breaking. Ill take those odds.

You're missing the point of the thread. Hes showing proof that you can get gold while being in spectator. He cant prove jeff was on for hours alone the other night because he didnt take pics, but he has shown that there is a glitch with spectator mode. So fix that so no one can do what he was accusing jeff of doing and everything should be fine.
