Also, looking at that first picture... in the lower right corner that small bridge which leads away from flag area. It seems like an area which will be unused since it holds no value for either defenders or attackers. Maybe that area could be changed or blocked with some props to shut it out?

Yeah, i was thinking about that area.. Maybe an archer wants to stand on the docks and shoot all the attackers? But i dont know, there are some other spaces for archers too...

Thanks for the answer! I was planning on adding more stuff and terrain paint.

There is some routes to the flag, like through the water, or the city or the walls.
I will try and make it balanced and you are right its a bit big..  so maybe making it a conquest map isnt a bad idea :)

I started making a map for siege and it's far from done but i would like to get some feedback on it.
Any suggestions on how to improve it? what is good/bad..
