I accidentally deleted a gen 4 character and i was wondering if its possible to get it back?

I was personally there myself, as shown on the screenshots, I know that Voren would not teamkill on purpose. Voren takes the game seriously and,if you ever do it, when you go to the equip screen and come out if sometimes attacks automatically.

Oh that dumb shit? I said I was "srry" for hitting him after everyone was done screaming ban like a lot of little girls at a Justin Bieber concert, I had accidentally clicked to swing as I was playing the so war nations. I don't intentionally tk or tw, unless someone does it to me, my first banned was given to me cause I revenge tked a teammate who had tked me the last round. He wasn't even given a warning. This was a accident and I did say "srry" or else I wouldn't have continued to talk in chat if it was intentional and planned.
