Scene Editing / the maps

i dont understand why they took all the older maps in this game out. like i quit this game for a while and the maps were cool at the time and then i come back and its like they took all the maps away and replaced them with a bunch of field maps, that are all pretty much the same except some have some trees, and a few city maps. now i understand the addition of new maps thats not what bothers me its the fact that the older maps were completely removed from the rotation and i see no reason that they should have been removed to make room for a bunch of fields that all feel like they're the same map instead of just taking out some of the less popular maps and adding some new maps or somthing. i mean if anything the snow and desert maps should at least be put back in seeing there arent any snow or desert maps any more
