Same issue on my end. Rubber banding like a bloody maniac - and my internet is at the fastest it's been for years, so it can't be on my end. My ping will go from 70>210>440>80 in the space of a minute. Nightmare, really, and makes playing nearly impossible. In regards to the ping, however, it doesn't seem to matter what the ping is, low or high, it'll rubber band.

Can be amusing when walking across a bridge and suddenly you've fallen off and died. Other than that, not really.
