Bump: Playing in offline fixed this previously, but now I cannot update to the new version and so I cannot play at all. Re-downloading the launcher did not help.

I experience these also, my ping will stay at around 30-50 yet I experience incredible lag spikes in which people teleport around and I end up dead.... Frustrating to say the least.

When ever I press "play cRPG" on the launcher, I get a popup with the message:
"An item with the same key has already been added."

I am guessing cRPG  thinks my product key is being used twice...

Anyone got any solutions/answers for this?
