Tking over a nudge? Banned for a TK?

I understand why you would want to ban someone who is a menace, which I have been banned for before. But not this time. This ass 'nudged' me after I accidentally shot him. So I attacked him -- he died, and apparently came straight here. For me, the situation had been settled in-game. Hell, if he killed me after I killed him, I would have been OK with that too.

The score was settled in game, and I do not deserve to be banned. If teamwounding/tking is bannable, where is his punishment? This is very hypocritical.

Deal with it? I got banned. You got killed, I got banned. You attack me, I attack you... and now I'm banned. Now I have to 'deal with it' for 48 hours, Dennis. All because you went running to the admins like a crybaby.

San, you don't see in his post where he says that he 'nudged' me?

He is a lying, exaggerating son of a bitch. I attacked him 5 more times? Look at his screenshot.

Psychotwins has a completely unsubstantiated claim and it should be ignored.

The original requester attacked me after I ACCIDENTALLY attacked him. Why should I be punished while he goes on without consequence?

If I kept on attacking him after that, then I would understand how the ban would be deserved... but I didn't. This was a completely unjust ban.

Here is the timeline of the escalation:

I accidentally shoot teammate -> teammate purposely attacks me -> I purposely attack teammate -> I get banned.

See how he gets away with being an asshole? This is not a fair ban.
