rushing in this game is like a 50% risk of death , you must know how and when to rush. i started rushing like a crazy chicken at first but now i learned to wait and follow my team at cap zones.
Or just play or rush with a squad leader for smoke granades

There is pretty much two things that are different from Japan and US/Europe. In terms of anime.

Starting off ;

In Japan are voice actors being idolized and some are really famous(Norio Wakamoto, Kana hanazawa, Yu kobayashi, etc) while in the US/Europe voice actors are nothing special.

But the biggest issue is : Money.
Take for example Blizzard games(WoW, Starcraft, etc) They all have pretty much top notch voice acting(And good quality)
This is due to Blizzard having quite alot of money.

The companies that translate/dub anime? They are all minor companies that can't afford good equipment nor voice actors.
Neither do they gain alot of money by translating/dubbing anime, since it isn't really that popular here.

While in Japan anime is a big product.
The producers get alot of money by doing anime, and thus can afford(and want) better equipment/voice actors since they'll get more money that way.

Oh my pc actually reaches the minimum requirements! Beta is only with the deluxe edition right?
Yeah.

They just added a feature on steam were you can upgrade your normal RO2 preorder to a Deluxe one for a fee.

The beta so far is quite glorious. There is a limited amount of maps though and the leveling system is locked. There are also some bugs here and there but nothing major except that your game like to crash while loading servers.

But other than that so is the game great fun.

Is it such a big difference though?

I could understand if you were german or something and didn't want the more or less censored version.

lol England still has a royal family. lol.
Their royal family brings in alot of tourism and thus money.
So they aren't completely useless like other countries royal families.

Reviving this thead, with a suggestion to watch the new show Steins;gate  8-)
I recently started watching it. Up to the 18 episodes. Haven't touched the newest one yet.
I generally don't like to watch shows that are airing currently. Since I prefer to download a pack of all episodes instead of having to wait for a new episode all the time.

But Steins;Gate is really good and probably one of the better ones this year.

Seems the release date got delayed with 2 weeks. However rumors says that deluxe owners will play the beta around the start of the "normal release".

Just FYI, Skyrim is on a brand new engine.

The new engine is pretty much just a more or less upgraded Gamebryo. Would be much better if they made a completely new one.

I bet you never tried the oblivion mods that changed the AI to allow that.
It's quite funny that we have to mod a game inorder to make it decent.

No, that would be Obsidian Entertainment, here's a list of their track record:

KOTOR 2 - Unfinished and buggy.
NWN2 - Extremely buggy. Pretty much killed the game on release.
Alpha Protocol - Bugs galore! Was also pretty much killed the game on release.
Fallout New Vegas - have I mentioned buggy?

Granted patches have fixed most of the games, and a modding community KOTOR2, but still I think they have had a far worse track record for buggy games!  :P
Yeah Obsidian are quite funny. They always make games on other people engines, which ends up being bugged.
But usually their games are overall quite good when they are patched. i.e Neverwinter nights 2 and especially Mask of the betrayer were quite glorious.

To be honest, I am not that interested in it.

They have reduced alot of RPG elements. Equipment have been simplified into more or less sets, you get one item which is like leggings, chest, etc all together, and many weapons are still yet not available(Like spears, throwing weapons, etcetera), still no mounted combat(It seems), more simplified world than Oblivion, being multiplatform meaning we won't have any glorious battles with more than 5 units, and the graphics themselves are just overall good/decent for todays standard.  Etcetera.

Only thing that makes the games more or less fun is the whole open world which have been more or less reduced in Skyrim. The combat is a bit meh, It's like playing Warband with a 100% autoblock and only one attack direction.
