I managed to snatch up a courser for 18500, then realising I had made a big mistake, decided to put it back up for 1599, someone snatched it up... yet I got no cash! and then they put it back up for 18500, so now there's a courser, they lost money, or perhaps kept it, and I got NOTHING.

This has left me broke, and I was directed here to post it.

Beginner's Help and Guides / I can't remember my cRPG Login name

As the title says... I can not remember it.
I've tried all my common names I use, even less common ones, I've tried different passwords... The account exists, it says so if I try to make another with one of my character names. I even tried password request (despite my problem being username) and it didn't even work!

Can someone please help? I even sent a message to chadz, who hasn't replied, but I'd prefer to speed things up, not being able to buy equipment is frustrating and means I can not start any new characters or advance any equipment-wise.

Note: I have no idea if this is in the correct section.

I just tried making a new character and it is the same thing... maybe there's something wrong with my warband?

Edit:

Maybe I have too many characters? Because I had to reregister my old one to see if it had transferred over or it was being buggy (and it made a new one, a peasant) which tipped it over or something

Edit2: Nope, I deleted a char and it's still not working ... but I think I figured it out!
If you try and login to someone else's char ingame, you will get 0 stats and gear like what is happening here
EG
I see player named "doobydoops", I make a character profile named "doobydoops"... I join the server after he's left and I have 0 stats and 0 gear because it needs to be on his cd key to work.

So it probably somehow got on a wrong cd key or something, I have no clue... But how to fix it.. hhmmmm

Okay then, go on an eu server, pick a random guy out and try login with his name, unless you're a good guesser it's gona say "incorrect password"

This wouldn't be true, because if I login with the new name and password, it displays my original character's stats as if they've already transferred over. It's just when I try to use the character in game that the stats don't appear :S

No the new char has NOTHING, not even peasant gear and not level 1, level 0.
When you start a new character it starts at level 1, however this is level 0 every time I join, no equipment. I've tried many times

Also the stats dont appear, it just starts at "level 0" with no equipment.

Also I don't understand why it is for clan name changes only, seriously if they remove the god damn retirement name change feature then can't they meet us half way and let us namechange to anything? >

Okay it's been a good 11 hours and it still hasn't fixed itself or anything... I don't remember this at all, I've namechanged on other characters and it worked fine, did I screw it up by logging into it too early maybe?

So, I retired one of my characters right (non bonus retirement) and there was no name change so I was all like "Ookaay.." - I use the namechange feature on my new retired character so it goes to namechange pending. I play and after a while I find the stats have transferred, but I can't play the character at all and the old one is just a peasant now.

Does it take longer or is it broken?
