cRPG Technical problems / But that IS my current password.

I just recently made an alt, for archery. However, after logging into to rpg_1 to get my number password, I tried to change my password to something stronger. But, it keeps telling me to enter my current password, so I enter the numbers, and apparently it's the wrong password. Then, when I try to log into my main with what I'm positive was the right password, it told me it was wrong, too. Can I have an admin give me a full change on both char's passwords?
