cRPG Technical problems / Clan Banner wont update?

When I change the banner for my clan it is not reflected in game. This happens for both exclusive and standard banners. I have restarted crpg to update the banners and I am using the "clan banner" option. Something is fucky or it could be I don't know what the fuck I'm doing.

I recently bought an exclusive banner slot and uploaded my own image. The banner I created is displayed on the clan page, but when I join a game the banner belonging to the previous owner is shown. What am I doing wrong?
