I train 3 days in a row with a break day after them. Each day for different muscle groups. I'm training for 2 years now and I'm 17 years old. My biceps is pretty alpha and I'm proud of him.
I need to admit though the light was pretty good in the bathroom. No pump on it though.
Btw the only thing I'm taking is creatine. GL & HF
