It's third day of my banned status.  How long would ban status last in case of violating the leeching rule

Last night I was banned because of leeching. To be honest I was being greedy , I took a break and left  the pc for 2 mnts and didn't want to lose my 5x. So I let my game open aand Booom I was banned. Could you please remove my ban as soon as possible . I will try my best not to repeat this mistake again.

even if I succeed to open the game ,  My game runs in a slow mode like playing in a slow motion

Please someone help me out !

We were fighting with my friend and involuntarily I shot someone else from my team and after that I'm banned from server   sigh.. could you remove my ban please.
