Download cRPG again and when Norton complains, click on options then restore. I had the same problem before.

Just downloaded the new version and all my armor's disappeared along with my horse. Still got weapons but nothing else. Can anyone help with this?

Same problem here. I think it's because the servers haven't been updated since the latest release.
