I've done this on numerous occasions, both successfully and unsuccessfully. Not with an intention to impersonate another negatively, but still I have done it non the less. Each time I did this I was either ignored or on very rare occasions warned. This seems like a very harsh punishment and was perhaps a bit bias because canary was the one insulted and the one to give the ban. In my Opinion at the very least in a situation like this another admin should be brought in as a third party to give a somewhat non bias view. I believe that this ban was a huge overreaction and was undeserved regardless of previous incidents. I say bring another admin in, rethink the situation and hopefully let him off with a much less severe punishment.

I think worth unbanning, Seems to  be serious and does show a certain talent in writing dramatically. Looks like a lot of effort was put into both unban essays, so could be a sign that he is willing to change his game play to something more well suited to the rules.
