5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*:I dont know he does this all the time I know that He banned 8-9 times before and it must perma ban this time.8-9 ban and now it's time for perma Im sick of this Guy I dont want to see him again.

look my computer old and got lots of problems.Im spending lots of times in duel server this shit always happens but I swear all theese are misperception.Im sorry about it if u want duel point ok then I will let u kill me.
