cRPG Technical problems / This character does not belong to you.... But.. It does.

March 5th I left for basic training. Didnt have a computer for 5 months, bought myself a new lap top, forgot the login info to my old steam, Still have the old CD key....
I can't figure out how to make it to where i can play my old character again, is there anything I can try/do or even admins can do?

I am the administrator, it still doesnt work. no matter what i do. and if i extract it to my desktop, the installer doesnt get extracted.

ive extracted and also ran them.
I want to figure out where i need to put the files in the crpg folder so i dont have to fuck with the installer.
is there a way to manually do that?

when i get the zip file, and i click on the mod installer it boots up, i find the file were to place it and when i click the install button, it crashes automatically.

I dont download it through steam, but the installer brings up some weird file in my D:\ drive and everything of mine is in C:\ drive. when i downloaded it to the right folder, it came up with access denied to specific folder blah blah blah.. any reason i cant download it?

cRPG Technical problems / "Error, Cannot connect to servers"

I have done almost everything i can and i still cannot find any servers.
I hit Join a game, and the first thing that pops up is "error, cannot connect to servers"....
idk whats going on and theres no way i can be banned, i don't talk in game and i dont TK or TW....
