Uhhh Idk if this is the right place but all characters I make are Alternate how do I choose a main one for Strategus? Thank you for reading and answering

I understand what i says but I don't understand why I'm trying to use a simple Sword and a Leather Jerkin but I cannot use either. If the stats matter on what you can and cannot equip. here is mine Level 4 by the way
