cRPG Technical problems / cRPG Launcher Problem

After running out of hard drive space and transferring steam to another drive, cRPG Launcher no longer works and i can't play. The the old drive is C: and the new one is E: can i get some help?  Thanks.

I have been waiting a week to make my new STF character, Tomo_Toko, and I was making his stats in a hurry and screwed it up. Any way to fix this? Any admin help? I don't really want to wait untill to New Years Eve to make a new Character.
