cRPG Technical problems / items, lvl and stats disappear

Hi!
I want to report a bug! All of a sudden, when I changed character, all of my equipment and weapons disappeared in the game. On c-rpg.net i can see them, but in the game they where gone. Also my lvl is gone in the game, but displayed on the net. I have been banned for this, becouse i couldn't choose any weapons, or pick up anything... please fix this!

I don't know why I have been banned, no one said me anything about the reason of the ban.
It happened after somekind of bug, that on the screen there was no equipment nor weapons to choose of for my character. Than I spawned, and tried to find some weapons for myself, but I couldn't pick up any of them, becouse all of my lvls where gone! So I called for the help of my friend playing this game, leaving the character alone. 2 mins after i was kicked and banned. Maybe this was the reason.
I thought of an other reason. Maybe that is my IP. I recently moved to a dormitory, where are about 500-800 machines share the same outgoing IP address. Maybe someone else is playing cRPG here:
IP Information: 193.6.61.30
ISP: NIIFI (Nemzeti Informacios Infrastruktura Fejlesztő Intézet)
Organization: Pecsi Tudomanyegyetem
thats a University IP.
So, please unban me, I have done nothing wrong, I have not deserved that ban.
