cRPG Technical problems / Main deleted for no reason: Had 1650 hours on it :(

OMFG i get on Crpg and boom my character is just gone, i was 10 thousand exp from my 6 generation. Really frustrated. Is there a way to get it back? because when i went in game i had default peasant equipment. Any help? Thanks
