So i just started playing again and thought of a new build I want to try. I want to hit hard with a one hander and also be able to use a spear. Are the WPF's high enough?

Erm Scots didn't start wearing Kilts till the early 18th century. They used to dress pretty much like the English before then. But then again I guess Mel Gibson must be right.
