I didn't change the install.exe. The way I updated the pack is the way you copied the files. I just overwrote the old 2h brf and added a few new lines of code into the xml file. I'm not sure what your problem is, then again i'm not that tech savvy.

It works now though?

If anyone else is having similar problems please report them.

Broken for me. Could you post an older working version in the meantime? Thanks!

It does not favor melee. That's why they added a flaming katana so we can cut through flying arrows and bolts to even the playing fields.

Yeah, when connecting from Cali, the ping variation is so great. I constantly move between Nocal and Socal and I've had ping from 75-140 depending on the location and ISP. It's awful. I won't really complain at 75 ping but am envious of those below it. I can only feel pity for those with over 100 ping because I've been there. It just makes for very quick, unfun sessions with little to no enthusiasm (of course there are those special few exceptions).

Cradoc, you probably pinged the same location.

Texas: 44ms avg

I'm always pro-new maps because they're a breathe of fresh air regardless of whether it is balanced or not. Balance is something that can be tweaked and is oftentimes subject to the population of the server. However the general opinion in NA2's case, is that multiple factors inhibit a lasting population and the foremost of those problems are banner balance and map balance. The only real solution to map balance I can think of is to have an admin present at all times (yeah...right.) and change the maps in accordance with the population of the server. A document containing which maps would be suitable for small (5-20), medium (21-45), and large (46+) populations would probably be needed for reference.

Aren't you the one limiting yourself on this issue? What's stopping you from visiting other's TS and working as a team when you're on the same team? A banner is not be all end all. Sure you might end up balanced on the other team, but you'll also be balanced with OTHER people. All in all, I don't see your point other than wanting access to banners so potential team stacking is possible. Please elaborate, thanks.

having 0/21 is sure a great motivator for peasants, and it will surely keep them in game with those maxed out scrubs spamming their arses with huge ass swords.
you know mp games should have same terms for everyone, or at least make the differences subtle. it might have been fun before, when loads of people were peasants, but not much now.

Then cRPG, a game based on no-life grinding, is not the game for you if you're looking for a MP game with "same terms" for everyone.
