cRPG Technical problems / Na ping high

I have no problems with any other game, but this one. My ping use to be 50 then it went 70 for the last year, then the last month it's at 100. Which is 25 ping away from being eu. Whats going on with the na server??  Don't say isp  3 of my clansmen are in the same state with same isp there ping remains the same is there any port i should have open?? Any programs that might interfere with my connection?

please help!

.....if i new how to model i would make some anyone know what program is used for the armor modeling for warband/crpg


besides ive seen suggestions the were absolutely worthless i made a suggestion as stated i just didnt add picture because i have none yet id like to do some modeling if i could get my hands on the program

i dont see the realism in a full plate crutch being as fast as some other builds i 60lbs of steel straped to you ass  and you see some just flying across the map soo/...... idk about argument of being real on crpg since most things in crpg are not accurate to their medieval counterparts..............
