cRPG Technical problems / Item missing from inventory

Haven't played 1h-er in a while, so I didn't notice until now, but my +3 Elite Scimitar is missing from inventory. I know I didn't sell it. Is this some kind of a bug? Any help?

This can't be it guys, can it? I mean, all that hard work, blood, sweat and salty tears still have some weight to them? It's completely shocking that no information is shared by the top team. Is it going to be fixed, or is it not? If it's not, then this is a complete waste of our time...
