Greetings Earth Men,
This Monday the 21st of October from the year of our lord two thousand thirteen, I was banned from NA servers. The ban took place sometime between 4:30 -5:30 post meridian of Pacific Daylight Time Zone.
As a defender, I opened a gate on a Siege map. My intent was to lay waste to the attackers' morale by charging at them with blade and shield in hand. However, a teammate closed the gate before I could meet any attackers in the open field. Stubbornly, I proceeded to let myself out and open the gate. Said team member kicked and hit me multiple times before I could open the gate. I proceeded to report him via the automated report system, "ctrl+m" to no avail. I was hit 3 times taking away some health before I retaliated with a swing of my sword at him. It was from this point where I was banned my much beloved NA Server.
I come to you humbled and vulnerable, beneath the eyes of Admin's and men to confess my crimes.
I do not deny that I opened the gate to let myself out or that I wounded my teammate as retaliation from closing the door. I committed these actions in the heat of an epic eternal battle only found on these beloved NA servers.
I value the teamwork that aids in defending/attack a flag and outmaneuvering an enemy army in Battle. A team depends on each of its warriors to get gold, experience, and glory. I share the interests of the many and understand the value of the one. A single player can disrupt the fun and glory for all. My intent is never to antagonize my own team nor diminish the game play of this Mod in anyway for other players. I enjoy this game profusely and fairly; playing since 2011 I have never been banned.
I welcome review and inquiry. Please advise.
