Closed Requests / Unban me please...

Good morning!
Yesterday about 10 o'clock in the evening I wanted to come on EU_2 server, but me threw out with an inscription "You are banned from this server".
Before I played without infringement of rules, if were teamkills casual and I sorry fo this. Today since morning me for some reason banned and on EU_1 server. Help me please, i don't understand this situation!
