cRPG Technical problems / Missing Armor and extra boots?!

For some reason, instead of seeing my Heraldric Mail with Tabard (currently crude) available in game, I see nomad boots (ragged).

I noticed this around the time I purchased my hat, Sarranid Mail Coif.

If it helps, the other items I have in my inventory are Steel Bolts, a Cracked Arbalest, Leather gloves, a chipped arabian straight sword, and tattered rus cavalry boots.
