cRPG Technical problems / Reboot computer ... now this

OK so I rebooted my computer back to my preferred operating system. i reinstalled mount and blade and crpg. i come to login to my character and it said 'this account name is already in use' (when i join a server) i entered my name perfectly and i dont understand why its done this.
please help
