So I am a support infantry using a spear + shield. Aside from all the people saying it's very ineffective things have been going great. I do well most rounds and help my team a lot with the stun it does when I poke someone. My problem is I don't know what my stats should look like. I was going to do 12/24, but some people go the other route 24/12 or a balance build of 18/18. If anyone has a suggestion then please help me out or comment on which of the three builds (12/24, 24/12 or 18/18) you think would be best.

I currently don't know what to do in terms of my build.

What I like to do is: Use a shield, I like 1 handers but hate being 1 shot by 2 handers all day. I really like using a spear and a shield but it isn't very effective and once someone gets close to you its game over. I like using a crossbow but it really doesn't do much till late when you get a good one.

So I ask you guys what you think I should do, I'm not using a 2 hander because IMO they are boring and everyone and thier mother uses one.

Hey, so I recently started playing got to level 17 and am not so sure I wanna stay what I am. I am using a 1hander and shield and like it for the most part, but wanted to use spears.

My question is, are spears viable and even if they are not can you guys tell me what kind of stats I want to get?
