Are you sure your character is not skip the fun? What level is he, and does your character gain XP at all?

Ok, I got it. For some reason he was not selected as the main. I thought it was an automatic function: whenever you register your first character he is automatically a main.

no, its a Gen 4 main character. Pretty sure I started out with him.

I am using Firefox and just now I tried it on Explorer, still a blank page for me.

I'm not sure where to post this but here goes: When I enter the Marketplace with my main character in the character screen, it shows up as a blank page with no items of any sort. Once again, I am using my main character for this.

Could it be that I have some other main I don't know about? Please help, I have all these clams and nowhere to invest them in.

Well shit, I've took that game off of Steam's automatic updates and somehow it updated the game anyway. Now I cant play cRPG AGAIN.

The last time Steam did this I had to dig around this fine forum to resolve the issue through my IFI file where I've changed some line in the code. I dont remember where this file is and how to fix this.

Meant to say the .INI file. Can someone please help me to get cRPG working again?

I didn't download anything you guys mentioned, instead:

I changed this line
compatible_with_warband = 1223
to this
compatible_module_version = 1223

in the second line of module.ini in the cRPG folder.
It works!
(No hacking with steam, I only did this change after I couldn't start the game)

Cmon, nobody want to test it ? It solved the problem for me without any other method:) it was 9 seconds,
and works with the newest warband

You are referring to copying/pasting the Warband.exe file into the Steam's WB folder?

Alright so I followed all the steps by downloading and installing the older WB version and turning off the auto update in steam. Here is my issue: To activate and play cRPG I need to enter my game's CD key number, which I did by obtaining it from Steam. Although the Steams CD key doesn't match with the Talesworld version (Steams CD Key is too long).

Wat do?
