??? You guys had no shortage of ranged weapons. We were fighting in the shade. You had better arrows and equipment for ranged than we did.

seeing as how i play casually, I don't have time to grind another character to 30. My "main" had a screwed build and I wanted to delete and make my alt a main because it was the one I would rather play. I really don't understand the mechanic that excludes alts from becoming mains if there is no other main on the account. What purpose is that for? I am supposed to level another char to 30 with the same build as one i already have??!?!

If I create new chars it gives me the option on the website to make them my main for strategus, but the option doesnt show for my other old ones, just shows them as "alternate"

I specced an archer based on the retinue longbowmen from medieval total war...
so far (at 26)
6 PD
some athletics
3 PS
5 Shield
some WMa
wears tunic over mail, open bascinet
carries longbow, 1quiver, buckler, hammer.
would use a better melee, and sometimes change to a 1 slot bow and carry a better melee.
not a fantastic melee combatant, but never runs. Usually the buckler allows me to hold off a combatant until help arrives, or until they get TK'ed.

really it would be cool to redo one of the tunic models to do this, maybe change the alpha or something to work with the banner... Im a noob at graphics editing or I would have looked into this myself.
