Do me a favor and click your name on the top left. It should give a drop down of every character tied to your CD Key. See any names you don't recognize?

The only thing I can think of is that someone else is using your CD key. Though the website glitching sounds like a problem with a browser, strange.

Don't use Internet Explorer. Try accessing the site via Google Chrome and see if that solves your problem.

Thanks it dont work but i try on different computer and it work.

But the thing is sometime in the game it said this character belong to someone else....

The same way you made your first character. Create new on the choose character screen, then join a server. After a few minutes, you should have another character connected to the database.

Okay thanks but i am having a PROBLEM.

I have 3000 gold and i cant buy anything in the page.

All it said it just my equipment : Knife and some crap armour.

I want to buy a bow but i cant.

In the left box it has unndefined thing , the price is UN.

I remove it then nothing come up. I cant buy anything help!

As to the first question, you need to set a character as your main (do not do this lightly, this is not something you want to do without thought), then you will have access to a proper marketplace where you can conduct trading.

If you make a Main character, all other characters you have will permanently be designated as Alts. Even if you delete your main (which can access the marketplace and thus trade), your alts will still be alts, though any new characters made after you deleted your main will be able to be designated as a new main.

How do i make other character?

Sometime when i play CRPG it kick me and said this is not your character , this belong to someone else. But i can login in the CRPG page. not in the game,..


Help!
