Great Lance: Do buff.

Seriously though, this lance needs to be looked at. As it is now there is no reason to use the GL unless you enjoy the look of it.  It is far too short for a couch only weapon, we have huge ass pikes now. Why not make a couch only lance that is just a bit longer?  Nothing like the LoC, but a middle ground...

I doubt this will be addressed though, too many cav haters out there.  I guess the heavy lance will remain supreme lance.

I agree, great lance needs to be looked at.  It really needs some more length to even be viable anymore.

I spoke with one of the wK guys that hosts the server and suggested they put up a siege server for west coast.  He said he was going to go ahead and try to get us that siege server.  Apparently the battle server should be getting xp/gold once there are more than 8 people playing, I don't know this for sure yet.

Any of those 1h swords are perfectly fine for 1h/cav duty.

I use a MW Knightly Arming Sword and love it.

Is it possible to compare the ingame length of the heavy lance vs the great lance.  I ask because ingame the great lance doesnt look like it is much larger than the heavy lance in terms of overall length.
